Terms of Working
- It takes 2-3 working days for each logo concept usually but might take longer sometimes.
- Limited concepts logo packages includes limited creative concepts and if required more concepts will require additional costs or can upgrade to the higher package options.
- We retain the rights to display the project/logo in our portfolio if not made any special requests.
- Any additional service not included in the package will require additional cost.
- Delivery Files will include AI, PDF, JPEG, and PNG. You can ask for additional files but can only be provided if available.
- No refunds can be made in case of client does not like the final output. Please read the full refund policy
- While placing an order client is accepting all our terms of working and our return policy and is legally bound to it.
- Ownership rights will be transferred only after full payment has been made and the logo concept has been finalized.
- Please only place an order if you are confident enough about our past projects.
- We won’t be responsible for the loss of delivery files after the successful project delivery.
- Contact us before placing an order if you have a close deadline. We won’t be responsible for not beating up the deadlines.
- Urgent or speeding up processes will require additional costs that have to be borne by the client.
- All designs will be delivered in digital formats and not in any physical formats.
