Returns & Refunds
- Refunds can only be initiated in case we are overburdened and cannot accept any new projects.
- No refunds will be initiated in case you do not like the final outcome, though designer always tries to do their best while considering the brand and not just the personal preferences of any individuals.
- The design process takes 2-3 working days for each logo concept usually but might take longer sometimes, no refunds can be taken place if we can’t beat the deadline due to some reasons.
- Once paid cannot be refunded in any case.
- Please only place an order if you are confident enough about our past projects.
- In case of refunds, payment gateway charges have to be bourne by the client.
- While placing an order on our website you are accepting all our terms and refund policies and are bound by its legality.
